Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Banana Club brand tags remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
